Where can I find my User number?

You can find the user number by selecting the Personal Information icon in the header on the homepage of the desktop application and under My personal data in the Settings section. The user number is also displayed within the #withKEY authentication system.

In the menu Settings, submenu Devices, you can initiate mobile app code issuance by selecting the Mobile banking application button.

you can initiate code creation by selecting Redistribution
confirm that you have access to the mobile device of the appropriate phone number
on the next screen you can start downloading the registration code by following the on-screen instructions: scanning the QR code will load the first part of the registration code, while the second one will arrive via SMS to your mobile phone number.
