Let your payment card go where you are! Now we have enabled you to deliver your payment card to the desired address, simply and safely.

If you want your payment card to be delivered to the selected address, you need to change the delivery method, two months before the expiration date of the payment card, and you can do that:

• in a few steps via the Intesa Mobi application
• in person at the branch

Delivery of payment cards to your address is possible for all payment cards, except for all basic credit cards that are downloaded for the first time, as well as for MasterCard Platinum credit cards (basic and additional).

Delivery of payment cards to the user's address is carried out by regular mail (ordinary mail), exclusively to addresses on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

The payment card delivery fee is charged in accordance with the Bank's Fee Tariff and the same is charged when the payment card is activated.

In case the shipment is not delivered to the address, the payment card will be returned to your selected branch, and you will be notified.

With the Banca Intesa Mobi application, in addition to numerous innovative functionalities, you can now activate payment cards that have arrived at your mail address, without going to a branch.

Log in to the Intesa Mobi application and follow the following steps:

1. In the "Cards" section, select the "My cards" field, find the debit payment card you want to activate and click the Activate button.
2. Select the account from which the debit card issuance and delivery fees will be charged in accordance with the Bank's Fee Tariff, then enter the penultimate 4 digits of the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit code on the back of the card. Confirm the activation by entering the PIN code you use to log in to the Banca Intesa Mobi application.
3. The payment card is activated and ready for use.

Note: To be able to activate Visa Inspire, Visa Platinum and Visa Infinite payment cards, it is necessary to have an active Dina payment card issued with the same payment account.

If you activate an additional card, it is necessary that the basic card is active.

Log in to the Intesa Mobi application and follow the following steps:

1. In the "Cards" section, select the "My cards" field, find the credit card you want to activate and click the Activate button.
2. Enter the penultimate 4 digits of the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit code on the back of the card. Confirm the activation by entering the PIN code you use to log in to the Banca Intesa Mobi application.
3. The payment card is activated and ready for use.

Note: If you activate an additional card, the basic card must be active. The credit card delivery fee is charged in accordance with the Bank's Fee Tariff.

Payment cards collected at the branch are active immediately after collection.

The PIN code of payment cards is available to you at any time within the Intesa Mobi application in the Cards section. To see the PIN code, you need to select a card in the My cards section and click on the Other actions button to select the Show PIN option. After entering your password to log into the application, your card's PIN code will be displayed on the screen.
