Denied, improperly executed or not executed payment transactions

If you want to file a complaint about denied, improperly executed or not executed payment transaction, you can do that by using the forms that you can download from the appropriate link below or in the free form, in one of the following ways:

  • by submitting the request in the home branch
  • by e-mail – to the address kontakt@bancaintesa.rs or the e-mail address of your advisor
  • by mail – to the address of Banca Intesa AD Belgrade, Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Office, Milentija Popovića 7b, 11070 Novi Beograd
  • by means of the appropriate complaint request form on the Bank's official website:

  • by calling the Bank's Contact Center
