In May of this year Banca Intesa Beograd included mortgage loans in its retail offer and aroused great interest on the market. In addition to the previous flexible offer which consists of several various models with special privileges such as min. down payment of only 5% of the value of the real estate given on credit, the tenor up to 30 years and without any banking commissions, the bank increased its wide range of mortgage loans with new models.
From now on Banca Intesa shall offer its clients also mortgage loans for the purchase of built but yet not registered real estates and the effecting of mortgages on them, with the down payment of 20%, tenor up to 30 years and effective interest rate 9,74% p.a., for loans indexed in euro.
Banca Intesa also started granting loans for the refinancing of mortgage loans of other banks, and so offered citizens the possibility to pay back their mortgage loan with a longer tenor – up to 30 years and with a more favourable interest and so pay a smaller monthly installment. The effective interest rate for this mortgage loan model, which is indexed in euro, amounts to 7,30%.
The Banca Intesa mortgage loans shall be realized and paid exclusively at the middle exchange rate of the NBS.
Wishing to additionally facilitate and simplify the purchase process of real estates and the realization of the mortgage loans to citizens, Banca Intesa opened also two specialized Mortgage Centres – Intesa Casa. Citizens have at their disposal Mortgage advisors and mortgage specialists that will answer all their questions in regard to mortgage loans. The clients are also offered the option to define the time and place of meeting with the advisors from the Mortgage Centres. The Intesa Casa mortgage centres are located in Belgrade, Resavska Str. 1 – 3, and in Novi Sad in Bulevar Mihajla Pupina 4; and an office where the clients may consult the Mortgage Advisor has been opened in Pančevo in Štrosmajerova Str. 1.
