More favorable loans

Banca Intesa Beograd has started to approve loans related to the payment of costs for the connection to gas, electro, water heating, water supply and sewerage network and regulation of the utilities’ infrastructure, under favorable conditions.   

The loans shall be approved in the amount of EUR 5.000, in dinar countervalue at the middle exchange rate of the NBS as of the disbursement day, with a minimal down payment of 20 percent. The tenor can be 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.

The citizens who receive salaries through Banca Intesa Beograd shall be provided with more favorable credit conditions, thus a nominal interest rate amounts from 11.92% for the loans with tenor of 60 months, to 13.91% for the loans with tenor shorter than 18 months. For other citizens, a nominal interest rate amounts from 13.96% for the loans with tenor of 60 months, to 15.97% for the loans with tenor shorter than 18 months.  

Loans without guarantors shall be approved to the Bank’s clients, whereas other citizens shall be obliged to procure one creditworthy guarantor.  

A maximal amount of the monthly rate can equate up to 30% of regular monthly incomes reduced for the amount of current credit obligations. Creditworthiness of the guarantor shall be calculated up to 50% of his/her net income reduced for the amount of other obligations. 

A loan shall be approved on the basis of concluded contract on connecting to gas, water heating, water supply and sewerage network, as well as on the basis of contractor’s proforma invoice. Upon approval the Bank shall pay the money directly on the account of company which issued proforma invoice.
