Faster and simpler authorization through Intesa Mobi
For even more secure shopping on the Internet, we have provided you with a new way of authorizing payments at online points of sale - 3D Secure authentication in your Intesa Mobi application, which provides an additional level of protection when shopping online.
How is payment confirmed via 3D Secure?
- When you want to pay with a payment card at an online point of sale, after choosing a product or service, enter your card information (card number, expiration date and CVV code) and start the payment.
- A notification from the Intesa Mobi application, which is valid for 3 minutes, will arrive on your mobile phone.
- After you open the notification, the app will show you the payment details: merchant name, card type and amount, which you need to check carefully.
- If the information is correct, click the "Continue" button, then verify your identity by one of the following methods: by entering the PIN you use to log into the application, by using your fingerprint, or by facial recognition.
- After confirming the identity, the application will display a screen about the successfully submitted payment confirmation request.

What if you don't receive a notification?
Check if you have the Intesa Mobi application installed and activated, if you have an internet connection on your device, and if your phone notifications are turned on.
If you do not receive a notification through the Intesa Mobi application or you want to confirm the payment using another method, you can choose one of the following methods through the "Choose another payment confirmation method" option:
- via QR code
- via SMS message
- using a CAP reader.
Payment confirmation via QR code
Plaćanje na internet prodajnom mestu možete potvrditi pomoću QR koda, koristeći #withKEY opciju u okviru Banca Intesa Mobi aplikacije, na jedan od tri načina:
- skeniranjem QR koda kamerom,
- odabirom slike QR koda iz galerije uređaja
- otvaranjem aplikacije putem direktnog linka sa stranice trgovca (za mobilne uređaje).

Confirmation via SMS message
After entering your payment card information (card number, expiration date and CVV) at the online point of sale and starting the payment, select the "Verification code via text message" option on the 3D Secure page.
A one-time SMS code, valid for 120 seconds, will be sent to the phone number you previously registered with the Bank. Enter it in the corresponding field and confirm the payment by clicking the "Continue" button.
If the SMS code does not arrive or expires, you can request a new code and repeat the entry within the same payment session.
