Even more favourable conditions

Changed conditions for approving loans for small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs operating on the territory of Belgrade, and which are approved by Banca Intesa in cooperation with the Assembly of the City of Belgrade

Trying to make loans more available to a larger number of potential beneficiaries, Banca Intesa has changed several basic criteria for the approval of loans. A number of requested years of business activities for the loan approval has been reduced, therefore small and medium enterprises which have been doing the business for two years will be allowed to apply for these funds. Besides, a necessary volume of the realized annual profit has been reduced to 960 thousand RSD. 

The loans are earmarked for financing permanent floating capital, purchase of equipment and enlarging capacities, as well as for the reconstruction of equipment and existing capacities. The loans shall be approved in the amount from EUR 3.000 to 10.000, in dinar counter value, at the middle exchange rate of the NBS as of the disbursement day, with a necessary personal down payment of 20% of the total financed subject value. 

The tenor is 18, 24, 30, 36, 42 and 48 months, with a possible utilization of grace period of 12 months. A nominal interest rate amounts 2,30% annually, while an effective interest rate amounts 2,7 percent annually, which makes these loans extremely favourable. 

A repayment of the loan (main debt with a belonging interest) shall be carried out in equal monthly annuities calculated in EUR, through the payment in dinar counter value.  

The applications should be submitted not later than March 11th 2007, and interested persons can obtain necessary information, as well as a loan application in any of the branches of Banca Intesa on the territory of Belgrade.
