This important acknowledgement recognizes her work as co-chairman of the Serbian-Italian Business Council, her support for cultural events and humanitarian and social initiatives promoted by the Italian Embassy, as well as her activities at the helm of Banca Intesa that led the bank to the position of the absolute leader in the Serbian financial market.

The Order of Merit was awarded to Draginja Đurić by Italian Ambassador to Serbia Armando Varricchio.

“This recognition will be a strong motivation for me to continue promoting the values of Italian business culture in Serbia and improvement of economic cooperation between Serbian and Italian companies, as well as to stay actively involved in the further development and strengthening of all aspects of relations between our countries”, Draginja Đurić said.
