E-services improvement

Banca Intesa introduced the media representatives with the advantage of E-banking and new possibilities for executing banking transactions. The new service in the Bank’s offer that attracted the most attention of journalists was - Intesa Mobi. Thanks to an innovative service on the Serbian market, our clients can now make financial transaction over mobile phones, such as: payment of monthly and other bills, balance and transaction inquiry on all accounts and credit cards, checking exchange rate list and performing exchange operations, checking the expiry date at overdraft accounts, etc. Throughout this promotional period till the year-end, using the Intesa Mobi serves will be free of charge, after which the monthly fee will be charged RSD 50.

To those who prefer other channels of communication we offer on-line and phone banking services, SMS standing order, SMS information, and sending monthly credit card statements to users’ e-mail addresses.

Banca Intesa, as the leading Bank on the market, has been recognized for its innovation not only in terms of development and implementation of state-of-the-art banking products and services but in communication strategy and tools it uses. To demonstrate Bank services availability due to its E-services, the Bank organized this event for the media symbolically in a ‘home’ atmosphere, i.e. in a home specifically rented for this occasion.
