Working hours during Statehood Day
Banca Intesa will not be working during the upcoming Statehood Day. The bank’s branch offices will not be working on Monday, February 15, and Tuesday, February 16, 2016, and will resume operation after the holiday, on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. During the holiday, customers will be able to use ATMs at the branch offices marked as “Zone 24” for money withdrawals as well as E-banking terminals enabling them to make fee-free payments from their current account, check their account balance or print out reports on bills and credit cards.

As always, Banca Intesa electronic banking services – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line will enable customers to make fee-free payments, money transfers and exchange currencies. Also, they will be able to reach the payment card contact centre 24 hours a day (011 30 10 160, 0 800 000 808), as well as the interactive voice response (IVR) (011 310 88 88, 011 310 88 70, 0 800 111 888) for account balance, exchange rate and other information.
