Visa Internet card is intended solely for paying for goods and services online, therefore it cannot be used at POS terminals and ATMs and it is issued without a PIN code.
Visa Internet card enables you to shop quickly, easily and safely online. You only need to identify yourself with the card number, validity date and a three-digit protection code (validation code) which is on the front of the card.
Safe payment
When shopping on websites with specified Verified by VISA, payment is validated with a one-time password received for each transaction by SMS to the verified or validated mobile phone number. You can find more information on this protection method HERE.
Payment in the country and abroad
The spending limit is determined by the amount of available funds on the foreign currency payment account. All spending is debited to the foreign currency account to which your card is linked and is calculated in euros.
For consumption in dinars when debiting the account, the purchase rate of the Bank for foreign currency in the currency in which the Account is kept, which is valid on the day of debiting the Account, is applied.
For consumption abroad, in a currency other than EUR, the conversion from the original currency of the transaction to EUR is performed by the card organization according to its own exchange rate list valid at the time of processing the transaction.
