Important notice – e-mail with malicious link
We have been informed that several of our clients have received an email message with a malicious link, allegedly sent by Banca Intesa.
Until now, e-mails of this type had in the "subject" field:
- Ваша картица је привремено блокирана
- Безбедносно упозорење: потребна је верификација!
- Рачун је привремено ограничен!
The mentioned email contains a link that leads to a fake/malicious website of the Bank.
For the safety of your computers and data, please do not open the link or follow the instructions in the email, and delete the email immediately.
The bank has undertaken all activities aimed at blocking these malicious emails to our customers and blocking the malicious website.
Please note that Banca Intesa sends this type of notification to clients with a digital signature, from legitimate email addresses of the Bank, which enables us to verify the sender's identity even before opening the email.
