How to reactivate your Digital banking application?

In order to use Digital Banking application you just have to reactivate it by one of the following ways:

  • through the contact center by sending an email to online@bancaintesa.rs or by calling 011/310 88 88;
  • as well as in the nearest branch.
Step 1 – Download Banca Intesa Mobi app

Before reactivation, you have to download the Banca Intesa Mobi app from the Play store, App store or App gallery, depending on the operating system you use.
After downloading the app, select the option “Activate account” (“Activate account”):

In the next screen, you need to enter the Personal Code.

Depending on how you choose to reactivate your service, you will receive a Personal code:

  • from an employee in the contact center, by phone or email;
  • in our branch.

After entering the Personal code, please click on the "CONTINUE" („NASTAVI“) button:

In the next step you have to enter a part of activation parameters that will be sent to you by SMS message. After entering the parameters, please click the “Continue” (“Nastavi”) button.

After entering the second part of the code, the page for PIN creation and confirmation will open. When you select the information option you will see the rules for setting up a PIN

It is necessary that you confirm that you have been informed about personal data processing:

Create a PIN and Recovery code

After that you will receive a confirmation that the reactivation has been successfully completed.
Since Banca Intesa Digital Banking app can be used on all devices, after successful reactivation a message will appear on screen with information on User ID you need to login to your online banking account, which may be used on your computer.

To access Banca Intesa online, select option „Log in“ (Prijava) in the top part of the screen at our website www.bancaintesa.rs and enter data you may find within #withKEY option on home page of mobile app.
