How to reactivate your Digital banking application?
In order to use Digital Banking application you just have to reactivate it by one of the following ways:
- through the contact center by sending an email to email@example.com or by calling 011/310 88 88;
- as well as in the nearest branch.
Step 1 – Download Banca Intesa Mobi app
Before reactivation, you have to download the Banca Intesa Mobi app from the Play store, App store or App gallery, depending on the operating system you use.
After downloading the app, select the option “Activate account” (“Activate account”):
Step 2 – Enter personal parameters
In the next screen, you need to enter the Personal Code.
Depending on how you choose to reactivate your service, you will receive a Personal code:
- from an employee in the contact center, by phone or email;
- in our branch.
