Second Student Contest „Prove yourself 100%“ launched

Like before, this year, the right to take part in the competition “Prove yourself 100%” is reserved for students of 3rd and 4th year, as well as graduates from all local universities with an average grade above 8.00 and good knowledge of English. All interested students who meet the listed requirements can take their application forms by April 15th on the official internet page of Banca Intesa http://www.bancaintesa.rs/, but also on the fan page on the most popular social network Facebook www.facebook.com/dokazise100posto .
Selection of candidates will be done by the Department of Human Resources of Banca Intesa, and 12 selected applicants will be divided into 6 competing teams. In these teams, they will be working on the solution to set problems from the area of improving customer satisfaction.

In early June, an expert jury will choose the winning team in the area of implementation and innovation who will represent Serbia on the International Competition in Italy. Four competitors from the two best ranked teams will be rewarded with a thousand-euro scholarship, while the other eight contestants will get 300 euros for their work on the project. The winners of the international competition get an internship in the International Subsidiary Banks Division of Intesa Sanpaolo Group or summer school on the prestigious Universita Catolica.
