Banca Intesa hosted students of the Belgrade University

Banca Intesa, in cooperation with the Center for career development and students’ advising of the Belgrade University, within the programme "Learn from the first hand, during one-day-visit, opened its door to group of students and graduates the University of Belgrade.

Banca Intesa, in cooperation with the Center for career development and students’ advising of the Belgrade University, within the programme "Learn from the first hand, during one-day-visit, opened its door to group of students and graduates the University of Belgrade. The main goal of this visit was to inform students about the work of the banking sector, as well as to learn and feel on the spot how the leading bank in the country functions. Through presentations and addresses of the management and employees, the students were given the opportunity to become familiar with the operations of the Bank`s personnel organizational structure, job candidates selection process, as well as the profile of the Bank employees, and key competencies required to become part of a team of 3,000 employees in Banca Intesa.

The students used the opportunity to ask questions and thereby expressed the greatest interest for the employment opportunities and performance of practical training, but they also were inquisitive to learn from the first hand what the employer likes to see in a CV, as well as to know what a working day for a manager in a bank sector looks like. At the end, a group of students visited the Risk Management Department, Treasury, Large Corporate Office, as well as parts of the Head Office.
