Reconstructed Departments in Tirsova opened
The Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery Department of the University Children’s Hospital in Tiršova Street has been opened today, after the completion of the project of reconstruction and equipment of the facility, financed by Banca Intesa, under the auspices of Mrs Tatjana Tadić.

Banca Intesa granted 25 million dinars for the project, which included the drafting and implementation of a complete plan of architectural, construction, mechanical and electrical works on an area of 480 m2, as well as the equipment of the premises. The works included the installation of new floor and wall coverings, partition walls, complete wiring and plumbing, whereas the worn-out hospital signalling system and medical gas installations were replaced with modern elements. In addition, corridors, hospital rooms and doctors’ break rooms have been equipped with new furniture. The balcony and lantern have been fixed, so they now represent a beautiful area where children can spend time and play.
