Prima Casa housing loans models imply the following loan types:
- Housing loans insured with the National Mortgage Insurance Corporation
- Housing loans subsidized by the state

All housing loans models are indexed in euros and granted for up to a 30-year repayment period and a 12-month grace period. Depending on the specific model, the interest rate for mortgage loans ranges from 4.25 per cent plus a six-month EURIBOR. Regardless of the loan model they opt for, once a year the clients are provided with the option of early repayment of up to 20 per cent of the remaining debt, with no fee charged. The possibility of repaying the loan together with another credit worthy client as a co-debtor represents an additional advantage.
