Working hours of branch offices during Easter and International Labour Day holidays

On the occasion of Easter holiday, Banca Intesa’s branch offices will be closed from Friday, April 26 to Monday, April 29, and the first business day after the holiday is Tuesday, April 30, 2019.

On International Labour Day holiday, the bank’s branch offices will also be closed – on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2. The first business day after the holiday is Friday, May 3, 2019.

During the holidays, clients of Banca Intesa will will have access to ATMs for withdrawing funds, whose locations can be found on the interactive map.

In addition, to that, clients will also have access to Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line electronic banking services, through which they can make payments, transfers and exchange transactions, or use a voice bot for inquiries about balance of account, exchange rates and other information (011 310 88 88) as well as the Payment Card User Service (011 30 10 160) which is available 24/7.
