Open hours for the Statehood Day

With regard to celebration of the Serbian Statehood Day - Candlemas, bank branch offices will not be open on Friday, February 15, and Saturday, February 16. The first business day after the holidays is Monday, February 18, 2019.
 
Over the holidays, Banca Intesa clients can use ATMs for cash withdrawals, and locations are available on an interactive map.

In addition, clients can also use e-banking Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line services for payments, fund transfers and currency conversions, as well as interactive voice response for inquires regarding balance, exchange rate and other information (011 310 88 88) and customer service for payment cards (011 30 10 160) which is available 24/7.
