Business hours during Statehood Day

Banca Intesa will not be working during the upcoming Statehood Day. The bank’s branch offices will be closed on Thursday, February 15th and Friday, February 16th, and the first working day after the holiday will be Monday, February 19th.

During the holiday, customers will be able to use ATMs for cash withdrawal, as well as E-banking terminals allowing them to make payments from their current accounts without any fee, check their account balance or print bank and credit card statements. Locations of ATMs and branch offices with E-banking terminals can be found on the interactive map.

Also, automated answering service for checking account balance, exchange rates and getting other information (011 310 88 88) and the Payment Card Customer Service (011 30 10 160) will be available 24 hours a day. Furthermore, customers will be able to use Banca Intesa’s e-services – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line to conduct payments, transfer funds and make exchange transactions.
