Belgrade, January 20, 2025 – Banca Intesa, a member of the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, has been named the Top Employer 2025 in Serbia by the Top Employers, a world-renowned independent expert institute for business assessment in the field of human resources.

The Top Employers certificate is awarded to companies with the highest level of commitment to improving working conditions based on quality HR policies and practices, confirmed by the results of survey that, among other things, covers the topics of a stimulating work environment, employee satisfaction, inclusion in the workplace, as well as opportunities for personal growth.
