Banca Intesa, part of the international banking group Intesa Sanpaolo, acted as an arranger and underwriter of the seventh issue of unsecured minibonds in the Serbian market intended for financing the development of  telecommunications company Sat-Trakt, one of the leading distributors of equipment for cable distribution systems (CDS) and CDS system integrators in the region.

The issue in the amount of RSD 410 million was carried out on the basis of a detailed analysis of financial indicators and the company's business model, which will use the funds raised to finance two acquisitions in order to diversify operations and launch new business segments. The bonds have a maturity of seven years, including a grace period of 24 months, and Banca Intesa will subscribe the issue in its entirety.

Sat-Trakt from Bačka Topola is also engaged in the wholesale of telecommunications services for signal transmission intended for Internet service providers, cable and VoIP operators, as well as business clients, and is at the same time the leading distributor of cable television and one of the leading Internet providers in Vojvodina.

Mini bonds are a modern financial instrument designed to provide SMEs with the capital necessary for strategic expansion, whether it is investing in production facilities, introducing new production lines, entering foreign markets or acquisitions. Banca Intesa introduced the product to the Serbian market in 2025, as part of the Minibonds initiative of the International Banks Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo group, and has so far completed seven issues with a total value of RSD 5.4 billion.
