Through partnership in financing worth 60 million euros, Banca Intesa and NLB komercijalna banka supported the project of AFI Europe’s latest premier A-Class building "Airport City East Gate Business Tower 1", highlighting commitment to finance sustainable and high quality commercial real estate.

The financed facility with an area of ​​27,000 sqm is strategically positioned as an extension of Belgrade’s sole business park, the project aims for LEED Gold certification emphasizing environmental responsibility and energy efficiency.
