Banca Intesa partner of The Banker magazine’s conference
Darko Popović, member of the Executive Board of Banca Intesa and head of the Corporate Banking Division spoke on behalf of Banca Intesa at a business conference called „Financing growth in Serbia“, organized by the renowned financial magazine The Banker, member of the publishing company The Financial Times. In his speech, Mr. Popović gave an expert's view on the challenges which the banking sector in Serbia has been facing from the start of the economic crisis till today.

The conference in Belgrade Hyatt hotel gathered officials of the Serbian Government and the EU, representatives of leading banks, businessmen and reputable national and international experts. Through speeches, discussions and analyses the participants put forward their views on the possibilities of making the Serbian economy more competitive, attracting more investments and reshaping the competitive sectors through a sustainable strategy.
