Having in mind difficulties that a certain number of clients experienced while making a payment onto a credit card during a technical upgrade of the payment card system, Banca Intesa will postpone credit card due date for all clients whose debt is due on the 10th in the month until November 15, 2017. The transfer to the new system will not affect standing orders, therefore monthly commitments that clients pay in this way will be settled duly. Furthermore, accrual of interest for spending in the previous month will be postponed from the 10th until November 15, 2017 for all clients.
The transfer to the new system may also lead to irregularities in the display of credit card data (e.g. balance and turnover) that will be resolved in the shortest possible period of time and harmonized with transactions which the clients had made in the meantime.
Clients can use their credit cards without any difficulties for making payments in the country and abroad, as well as for ATM cash withdrawals, and they can make a payment onto a credit card via electronic banking services and branch offices as they did so far.
Banca Intesa once again apologizes to its clients for any inconveniences and appreciates their understanding.
