Working hours on Easter

Banca Intesa will not work during the upcoming Easter holidays. The bank’s branches will not be open from Friday April 14 to Monday April 17, 2017, and the first working day after the holidays will be Tuesday, April 18, 2017. In the branches marked with “Zone 24”, clients can during the holidays use ATMs to withdraw money as well as use E-banking terminals which allow them to perform any payments from their bank account with no fees, to check their balance or print out statements for accounts and credit cards.

During closure days, the number of the automated service for balance inquiries, foreign exchange rate lists and other information as well as the Customer Service for payment cards (011 30 10 160) will be available 24h. Additionally, clients will also have access to the electronic services of Banca Intesa – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line, through which they can perform payments, fund transfers, as well as exchanges.
