SHORT-TERM LOANS FOR ENTERPRENEURS AND SMEs IN FORM OF OVERDRAFTS ON CURRENT ACCOUNTS IN ORDER TO OVERCOME DAILY ILLIQUIDITY
Starting with March 14th 2005, Banca Intesa Beograd will introduce a new product - the allowed overdraft on current accounts of legal entities, which is intended for enterpreneurs or small enterprises that need funds immediately in order to overcome the imbalance in the inflows and outflows from current operations, which is especially useful in the year of the VAT introduction. This product is the best solution for smaller legal entities that lack funds to pay taxes, suppliers, administration costs, that expect inflows in the coming days, that are in the process of loan granting or simply have not planned well.
The loan is approved for a period of 6 to 12 months, with a max. time limit till December 31st of the current year. The fee amounts from 0.5% to 1% flat on the approved amount depending on the approval term. The interest is paid only for the days when the allowed overdraft was used on the overdraft amount, at a rate of 2,5% to 3% on a monthly level. It is calculated monthly, by a compound method.
The funds asked for are at the client`s disposal within 24 hours from the receipt of the request. They may be used several times if needed and paid back till the maturity date. They are intended for current and future clients of Banca Intesa Beograd and may be obtained the same day when the account is opened, in every branch office of Banca Intesa Beograd all over Serbia.
The procedure of approving this kind of loan is very simple and rapid. After the receipt of the client`s loan request, the credit assessment and loan approval are executed automatically.
