Choose the dinar account from which you pay
In the main menu, select the option Payments, then Dinar and foreign currency. If you have several dinar accounts, you need to choose the account from which you pay.
Enter the account number, recipient and amount
Fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk, such as Account Number, Payee Name, and Amount. By clicking on the icon located in the recipient's name field, you can select the recipient you previously saved.
Through the Scan option, you can fill in the account details in a simpler way, by choosing one of the following functionalities:
- Read and pay - allows you to scan the order details from the payment slip
- IPS Scan - allows you to scan a QR code from your receipt
- Scan from Gallery - Allows you to pull a QR code photo from your photo gallery
After entering the amount you pay, the Donate option appears on the screen, by activating which you can donate certain funds to charity.

By clicking the CONTINUE button, a new screen opens for entering the description of the transaction, model and call number. The Payment code field is automatically filled with the code 289, which is used for the largest number of payments. Other payment codes can be selected from the drop-down menu. The Date field is also automatically filled in with the date when the payment is made.
By clicking on the More fields option, you can enter the address information of the recipient, as well as the name and surname and address of the other person, on whose behalf you pay the bills.
Check the details and confirm payment
By clicking on the CONTINUE button, you go to the next step, where an overview of the details of the entered payment is displayed.
After checking the correctness of the entered data, by clicking on the PAY button, you need to authorize the payment by entering your mobile banking PIN code.
If you want to save the created payment order and play it later, you can do so by clicking the SAVE button. The order will be saved under the option My payments, then Orders in preparation and from where you can make the payment when you want.
Select an account and fill in the required fields
Payment can only be made in the currency in which you have opened an account. If you have several foreign currency accounts, the first step is to choose the account from which you pay. Then you fill in the mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
In the Account number field, enter the account number in international form, so-called IBAN. The recipient of the funds obtains the data on the IBAN and SWIFT/BIC code from his bank, in which he has an open account to which he will receive the money.
By clicking on the CONTINUE button, you go to the next step, where you need to fill in the other mandatory fields of the foreign currency payment order.
Choose the payment basis and attach the document
In order for the foreign currency payment to be made, you need to choose an adequate basis of payment in the drop-down menu. These payment bases have already been defined by the Bank, and for most of them you need to submit supporting documentation by clicking on the Add document field. The name of the attached document should be one word, or several words joined by an underscore.
For some payment bases, depending on the attached documentation, you can specify additional data, such as the Contract number or the Pro/invoice number, in the Transaction description / Document number field. All payment costs can be borne by you as the payer, that is, you can share them with the recipient of the funds.
Apply for a Swift certificate
In the Recipient's Address section, enter the address data of the person to whom you are paying the funds.
By clicking the More Fields option you can request Swift confirmation by dragging the slider from the left to the right so that the gray X becomes a green tick.
After that, you need to choose the confirmation delivery channel by checking the box in front of the desired channel.
The SWIFT confirmation will be delivered to you after the execution of the foreign exchange order. You can also get it by sending a request to the email address: kontaktcc@bancaintesa.rs. There is no charge for issuing a copy of the SWIFT certificate.
Check the details and confirm payment.
When all mandatory fields are filled in, the CONTINUE button becomes active and by clicking on it, you go to the next step Viewing payment details.
After checking the correctness of the data entered in the account, click on the PAY button to authorize the payment by entering the PIN code for mobile banking.
Select the card for temporary block
In the main menu, select the Cards option, then My Cards.

After selecting the card you want to block temporarily, by dragging the slider from the right to the left side, in the Other actions menu, select the Temporary block option.
By clicking on this button, you start the procedure and then a window opens informing you about what temporary blocking means. Clicking the Continue button will temporarily block the card.
Reactivate your card
If you want to reactivate the card, you need to click on the Reactivate button, which is located under the picture of the same (blocked) card.

Select the card you want to block
In the main menu, select the Cards option, then My cards. After selecting the card, by dragging the slider from the right to the left side, in the Other actions menu, select the Block card option.
Select the reason for blocking the card
A new screen opens where you need to choose the reason for blocking the card. Possible reasons are:
- Damaged
- Stolen
- Lost
- Abuse
Note: If you choose the reason Damaged, the card will not be blocked, but only the reissue process will be initiated.
Submit a card reissuance request
If you want to reissue the card after blocking, you need to drag the gray X in the Reissue card field from the left to the right, so that it becomes a green tick.
Then a field appears on the screen for choosing the method of delivery of the card, where you choose Delivery to the home address or Delivery to the branch. You also have the option to choose Another delivery method, to change the delivery branch or the address where the card will be delivered.
Other additional fields appear on the screen, informing you how long the card creation process takes and how much the reissue fee is depending on the card delivery channel. If you do not want the card to be reissued after the card has been blocked, after starting the process, you will not activate the Re-issue card option.
Block the card
After marking the appropriate blocking reason, a window opens where you need to confirm that you want the selected card to be blocked, and after entering the PIN for mobile banking, the application informs you about it.
Check your payment card PIN quickly and easily.
In the main menu, select the option Cards, then My cards. Select the payment card for which you want to check the PIN by dragging the slider from left to right. By clicking the Show PIN button and entering the PIN code for digital banking, you open a new screen that displays the PIN code of the selected payment card.
