Working hours of branch offices during International Workers’ Day

In accordance with the Law on Public and Other Holidays in the Republic of Serbia, branch offices of Banca Intesa will not be open during International Workers’ holidays on Tuesday, 1st May and Wednesday, 2nd May 2018. The first business day after holidays will be Thursday, 3rd May, 2018.

During the holidays, clients of Banca Intesa will have access to ATMs for withdrawing funds, as well as E-banking terminals for payment without fees from current accounts of individuals and checking the balance of accounts and credit cards. The locations of ATMs and branch offices with E-banking terminals can be found on the interactive map.

In addition to that, clients will have the electronic banking services Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line available to them, through which they can perform payments, transfer funds and exchange currency, as well as use a voice bot for balance checks, exchange rates and other information (011 310 88 88) as well as the Customer Service for Payment Cards (011 30 10 160) which is available 24 hours a day. Transfer orders will be executed in accordance with the working hours of payment operations.
