Business hours during New Year holiday period
Anent New Year holiday season, branch offices within Banca Intesa branch network will be closed on January 1 and 2, 2018. The branch offices open on Saturdays will have changed business hours on December 30, 2017.
During bank holidays, the number of automated answering service for review of balance of account, rates and other pieces of information, as well as the number of Payment Card Customer Service (011 30 10 160) will be available 24 hours a day. Also, clients are able to use Banca Intesa’s e-services – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line, via which clients can conduct payments, transfers of funds and exchange transactions.
