Banca Intesa offices will be closed anent the upcoming holiday – Serbian Statehood Day. Namely, bank branches will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, February 15-16, 2017, and the first business day after the holiday is Friday, February 17. During holiday, clients will be able to use branch offices with Zone 24 label for funds withdrawals, as well as e-banking terminals where they will be able to perform any kind of payment from their current account with no fee charged, review balance of account or print bank and credit card statement.
During bank holiday, the number of automated answering service for review of balance of account, rates and other pieces of information, as well as the number of Payment Card Customer Service (011 30 10 160) will be available 24 hours a day. Also, clients are able to use Banca Intesa’s e-services – Intesa Mobi and Intesa On-line, via which clients can conduct payments, transfers of funds and exchange transactions.
