In order to further support the operations of registered agricultural farms, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in Serbia, in cooperation with the European Investment Fund, we have provided even more favorable lending conditions.
If you have a need for investment funds, our credit product within the WB EDIF Guarantee 4SME Resilience program, for which funds were provided with the support of the European Union within the WB EDIF Guarantee for Economic Recovery, is at your disposal.
Loans for investments are granted for a minimum term of 36 months and with less security requirements.
- Loan repayment period from 36 to 120 months
- Loan currency EUR
- The total amount of approved funds within the program, per beneficiary, cannot be higher than EUR 100,000
- Minimum participation for the purchase of agricultural land 10%, or 20% in the case of other investments
- Promissory notes or surety as a means of security
