What does the Intesa Biz portal offer you?

Intesa Biz Portal is a digital platform designed for legal entities and entrepreneurs who seek an efficient and secure way to manage their business. Accessible at any time, it brings together all the services you use every day in one place, providing easier access to information and enabling you to complete tasks more quickly.

  • BizMobi – service overview, parameter reissuance or access blockage
  • InHouse e‑banking – service overview, card replacement, or user blockage
  • Notifications – viewing and managing the Bank’s email notifications
  • Statement requests – requesting the delivery of RSD and FX account statements via email
  • Certificate issuance – issuing electronic certificates on account turnover and balance
  • My Banker – contact details of the Bank representative assigned to your company

Login to the portal is carried out through the ConsentID application, which ensures relieble login, authentication and electronic document signing. Access to the portal is available to legal representatives and authorized persons, within the scope of services and permissions assigned to them.

Login to the Intesa Biz portal

Access to the Intesa Biz portal begins by clicking on the login link.

When opening it for the first time, the link will take you to the login page in your web browser on either your computer or mobile device.

To access the portal, you need to have the ConsentID application activated, while an eUprava qualified electronic certificate is required for confirming actions.

After a successful login, you will be able to use all available functionalities.

Virtual branch

On the Intesa Biz portal homepage, you will find Quick Actions – shortcuts to the most important functionalities and the Virtual branch, which provides an overview of all available options.

Within the Virtual branch, the legal representative can access all options, provided the services have been previously contracted, while an authorized person can access only those services for which they have the appropriate authorization (BizMobi, InHouse e‑banking, and My Banker).

BizMobi service

BizMobi mobile application is intended for legal entities and provides access to payment accounts and payment services.

By clicking on the BizMobi service within the Virtual branch section, you can view the user’s service permissions and see all existing requests submitted through the Intesa Biz portal, along with the available options for Parameter reissuance and User blockage.

InHouse e-banking

By clicking on the InHouse e‑banking service, you will see an overview of the user’s profile, their service permissions, and all existing requests submitted through the Intesa Biz portal, along with the available options for Card replacement and User blockage.

Notifications

Within the Intesa Biz portal it is possible to view or set up the delivery of notifications for:

  • RSD account statements – available in multiple formats
  • FX account statements – PDF format
  • Credit card statements – PDF format
  • Loan account interest lists – view only

Request a statement

Within the Statements segment, the legal representative can request an statement to be sent to an email address. By selecting an account and a date, you get an overview of the available statements for that time period.

Certificate issuance

Within the Certificates issuance segment, the legal representative can request the issuance of certificates or view previously requested certificates. In the certificates overview, it is possible to select the account for which previously issued certificates will be displayed, or to perform a search by the certificate issuance date.

My banker

In the My banker segment, you can find the contact information of the banker in charge of your company. By choosing the options Phone number or E-mail, you can easily and simply get in touch with your banker, in the way that suits you best. Also, here you can see the address of the branch where your banker is located.
