If you have an account at our Bank, we offer you an additional service of handover of cash and takings in cheques via packages (mailed with a declared value). Packages (mailed with a declared value) include packages of cash money and cheques packed in safety transport bags, which are handed over at Bank windows or inserted into day-night Bank vaults. Approval of your account is done upon receipt of a package (mailed with a declared value), while opening of the package and commission verification of the balance is done subsequently.
This service is a contractual transaction, where the rights and obligations of the Bank and the client are defined by an agreement.
By handover of cash/takings in cheques, in the abovementioned manner, the following is achieved:
- safe and quick method of handover, without wasting time in lines at Bank windows,
- on non-working days and holidays, safe method of handover via day-night vaults,
- approval of your account is performed within a very short time period.
Payment of takings via an CDS device
This service represents a modern solution for self-payment of markets in branches through CDS devices in a reliable and efficient way.
Access to the device is enabled by reading the CID card, after which the delivery of the purchase is realized in a few steps along with receiving a slip/confirmation of the payment made.
Advantages of submitting markets in cash, on a CDS device:
- simple and fast transfer process lasting one to three minutes, depending on the amount
- without filling out a payment order
- without downloading a number and waiting in lines
The aforementioned service is a contractual deal with defined rights and obligations of the Bank and the client.

Handover of cash and takings in cheques
Declared value packages are takings in cash and cheques packed into safety transport bags which are inserted into day-night Bank vaults. A day-night vault is a specially secured room where declared value packages are inserted and kept until processing.
Advantages of package handover of takings in cash and cheques:
- safe and quick method of handover of takings, without wasting time in lines at Bank windows,
- option to handover takings at any time, regardless of working hours of branches,
- on non-working days and holidays, safe method of handover via day-night vaults,
- approval of account funds within a very short time period.
The abovementioned service is a contractual transaction with defined rights and obligations of the Bank and the client.
THE BANK
- enables the client to smoothly use the day-night vault 24 hours a day,
- provides a required number of keys or cards for accessing the day-night vault,
- approves the client's account and enables using funds during working hours stipulated by the Bank's business policy (not later than the next working day depending on the time of inserting declared value packages in the day-night vault),
- performs the control and counting of the contents of collected declared value bags no later than within eight days from the receipt date.
THE CLIENT
- hands over takings in one or more declared value bags,
- provides a relevant Payment Order and Specification with each declared value bag,
- agrees with the cash balance in the declared value bags determined by the Bank's commission for counting money,
- agrees with the manner of packing cash which also entails that coins must not be packed into declared value packages,
- has the option of collecting takings at multiple locations in available day-night vaults 24 hours a day.
