In order to further support the operations of registered agricultural farms, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises in Serbia, in cooperation with the European Investment Fund, we have provided even more favorable lending conditions.
If you have a need for working capital or funds for investment, our credit products are at your disposal within the WB EDIF Guarantee 4SME Resilience program, for which funds were provided with the support of the European Union within the WB EDIF Guarantee for Economic Recovery.
Loans for working capital and investments are approved for a minimum term of 36 months and with less security requirements.
LOAN FOR WORKING CAPITAL
- No mandatory mortgage or pledge
- Loan repayment period 36 months
- Loan currency RSD and EUR
- The total amount of approved funds, per beneficiary, cannot be higher than EUR 500,000
- No mandatory participation
- Promissory notes of loan beneficiaries as the only means of security
LOAN FOR INVESTMENTS
- No mandatory mortgage or pledge
- Loan repayment period from 36 to 120 months
- Loan currency RSD and EUR
- The total amount of approved funds, per beneficiary, cannot be higher than EUR 500,000
- 20% stake
