NOTE: If on the Application form you opted for Halcom service, for each authorized person stated in the Application you should provide the document Export of a certificate to be signed by the smart card holder and the person authorized to represent the User, along with the verification for each person stated in the application.

If you need Halcom qualified electronic certificate, you may order it in Halcom:

To export a certificate, you should export the Certificate by means of application IzvozCertifikata (CertificateExport) With the export of certificate you get two files of type ImePrezime.cer (NameSurname.cer) and ImePrezime.txt (NameSurname.txt). The text document needs to be printed, signed, certified and delivered to the Bank.
