Individual development of each employee is important to us, which is accompanied by a range of organized initiatives, starting from the carefully conceived Onboarding, through various programs such as the Small Business Academy, IT programs, BI Community, development program for managers, and many others.
We are proud of colleagues that are key to the growth and development of each company, and we view the term "talent" in a very broad sense – we recognize them both among young people who are just becoming a part of the organization through our Junior program for senior students and graduates of various faculties, and among our managers selected for the "Treasure Leadership Talent Program". Focus on the development and international character of our bank is also reflected by our "International Talent Program" under the auspices of Intesa Sanpaolo which also supports the individual development path and provides an opportunity to selected colleagues to gain valuable international experience.
