At your request and for your account, in accordance with the received instructions, we open credentials on the base of given covering or with postponed giving of covering (no later than 5 days before due for payment towards exporter/seller)

Our obligations are to open:

• L/C payable at our bank’s windows or windows of other nominated banks,
• L/C payable at sight, with postponed terms, with accept or negotiation.
• L/C nontransferable, transferable, revolving, stand by
• L/C unconfirmed, and for which is necessary confirmation of some other bank.

With opening of L/C we perform three basic functions:

• payment (that is payment under condition, since we are effecting payment at an order and for account of the importer/buyer when L/C documents are duly presented).
• security ( we guarantee to the exporter/seller that having fulfilled L/C conditions he will gain money in value of documents after the delivered goods or performed service).
• crediting (we are crediting importer/buyer up to the contracted date for payment).

Having correspondence relationships with extended network of banks, and with specialised and experienced employees, we can offer you following services:

• Checking of correctness of loro L/C content, sent through the bank,
• Consulting regarding preparation of the text of Loro L/C, sending (aviso) of loro L/C (based on the received instructions of L/C (foreign) bank.
• Transfer of L/C (according to the bank’s instructions), Confirmation of L/C (according to instructions of the user of L/C)
• Consulting regarding fulfilling of conditions of L/C and preparation of the documents.

We also perform deals which refer to the reception of documents entrusted for payment, intermediation regarding collecting of money, as well as sending documents for payment. Those are usually commercial, but also financial documents. With that scope we are offering you consulting services connected with the work with international bills of exchange, their fulfilling, accepting etc.

In our dealings we issue and forward (vise) all types of bank’s guarantees:

1. Payable guarantees

• guarantees for payment
• guarantees for security of credits

2. Commitment guarantees

• guarantee for return of advance payment
• guarantee for good performance
• guarantee for auction

Elements of guarantee and standard models of guarantee forms are taken from the publication URDG, ICC 458, but are adjusted to the concrete requests and necessities of the participants in the basic commercial affair in accordance with our business politics.

Working with loro guarantees we are offering following services:

1. Forwarding of their guarantees according to the instructions of the guaranteeing bank,

2. Checking of the correctness of their (loro) guarantees sent through BANK Swift or directly to the user of the guarantee.

3. Consulting at making protest and sending of the protest (request for payment) according to loro guarantees.
