Banca Intesa Sanpaolo incorporates corporate social responsibility in core banking business to provide sustainable market growth; especially it’s most vulnerable segments (small entrepreneurs, women, young people, and persons with disability.)
We are focused on developing products that are contributing to the fight against poverty and improving the quality of life.

We strive to support balanced and constant economic growth in Serbia by stimulating development of entrepreneurship, as the driving force of domestic economy.

Activities:

- We strive to encourage entrepreneurship through specialized non profit micro financing:

  • Micro loans for young entrepreneurs in cooperation with ALDA (Association for Local Democratization and Development)
  • Start up loans for female entrepreneurs in Vojvodina in cooperation with the Guarantee Fund of Vojvodina
  • Promotion of entrepreneurial excellence (Blic Preduzetnik annual award)
  • Programs of the Serbian Government aimed at boosting the entrepreneurship in the country

- In 2008 we introduced the first charity card in Serbia (in cooperation with the Paralympic Committee of Serbia) The first initiative of the kind in the Serbian market aimed at establishing a stable, autonomous and financially powerful mechanism to provide a long-term support to improvement of the position of athletes with disabilities and promotion of the paralympic sport in Serbia.
